A pool for the whole family
Vossabadet is Voss municipality's public swimming hall, centrally located in Vossevangen. The main pool is a 25-metre training pool to international competition standard. With six lanes there's plenty of room for both fitness swimmers and kids. On weekends and holidays an obstacle course is set up in the pool.
Diving tower
The signature diving tower has boards at 1, 3 and 5 metres with its own diving pool. It's a favourite with both local kids and visitors. Lifeguards are always on duty.
Opening hours
Regular hours are weekdays from 06:30 or 07:30 to 20:30, and weekends 11:00–17:30. During the school summer break (typically week 26 to week 34/35) hours are 11:00–17:30 every day. Check vossabadet.no for changes around public holidays.
Getting there
Vossabadet is walking distance from Voss train station. From our cabin in Tråstølen it's a few minutes' drive into the centre. Bring swimwear, a towel and a swim cap (recommended in the competition pool).
